We are well versed in planning and are happy to provide you with advice. We can also connect you with suppliers of planning and site design services.

We deliver to all parts of the UK that are accessible by road. At present, we do not deliver to Europe but we hope to do so in the very near future. Transport is not included in our prices as this is dependent on the location and accessibility of your site, but we can provide a quote from haulage companies.

All of our standard models require a single phase electricity supply. Alternatively, our models can accommodate inverters and batteries to allow connection to local electricity generation such as PVs for off-grid living. Some of our models include integrated washing and toilet facilities, which will require a water supply and connection to a sewer or septic tank.

All of our cabins are finished with quality fittings and a well considered materials palette that have been carefully selected by our designers. We have also developed a series of optional extras that can be incorporated into your design to ensure we maintain premium quality at an excellent value. We would also be delighted to discuss any specific requests you may have to tailor your purchase to your specific tastes or needs.

Our models are prefabricated off site and transported by lorry for installation. Sometimes access constraints require a degree of site construction or assembly. In such cases, we will work with you to establish the most cost-effective way to deliver the project.

You will need to provide the foundations for the cabin to sit on, but we can provide you with advice on this. You can use screw-piles, or a local builder may be able to propose an alternative solution.
